Uniswap liquidity went live on April 17, and over the days that followed CAW surfaced on roughly a dozen CEX/DEX — Uniswap (Apr 17), LBank (Apr 18), then MEXC and HTX (Apr 19). The '~48 hours' the sources quote runs from liquidity going live, not from the contract's creation on April 14. All of it with no website, no socials and no whitepaper in existence. CoinMarketCap reportedly listed it as the first project with none of those.
