CAW's mystique starts with its contract — but the contract itself turns out to be a stock template, and that's a fact worth meeting head-on. ❶ Identical bytecode: CAW's contract (0xf3b9…e452) shares byte-for-byte identical runtime code with a memecoin called RudophINU / ROINU (0xff75…D752), deployed on Dec 8, 2021 — four months before CAW. Etherscan flags them as a 'Similar Match'; the raw bytecode says they are the same. ❷ Same mold, same fee: Both were stamped from one 'StandardERC20' token-generator. Each deploy transaction carries 3,894 bytes, and the first 3,606 of them — the creation code — match byte for byte; the trailing 288 bytes are the constructor arguments, where supply, name and symbol naturally differ, while both hand over the same 18 decimals and the exact same service wallet 0x997Cd2…fa97. Both paid precisely 0.075 ETH as the generator's deploy fee. Different deployer wallets, though (CAW 0x36B59455…, ROINU 0x01B4347f…) — the same tool, not proof of the same hands. ❸ No back door, by construction: the bytecode carries no owner, no transferOwnership, no mint, no pause, no blacklist — only a plain ERC-20 with a fixed 666,666,666,666,666 supply. So 'the dev renounced ownership' is imprecise: this contract was never ownable to begin with. 🔍 Observatory: this one gently deflates a myth and, in doing so, hands back something better. The vessel isn't hand-forged Ryoshi wizardry — it's an off-the-shelf shell anyone could buy for 0.075 ETH.
