V1 testnet goes live: test.caw.social (caw-sns)

Testnet is live. ==> https://test.caw.social' on Apr 27, 2026 (Apr 28 JST). @CommunityCaw amplified the news the same day: '#CAW testnet is now live' — celebrated as the first tangible realization of the manifesto's vision after a long journey. The release carried a caveat: bugs may exist and data could be wiped — an early-stage V1 testnet, not a finished product. The project is also known as 'caw-sns.' V2 development continues under the same developer (GilgameshCaw / @caw_dev) — see the Observatory's GitHub board for where it stands now.
