On-chain, here is what actually happened: the Deployer burned nothing. What did happen, on July 21, 2025, was that the Deployer-descended baee cluster sent 12.4637T to the vanity dead address (…42069420694206942069) (tx confirmed). All three tangled numbers resolve once the dates are lined up: '124.6B' = 12.46T garbled by two orders of magnitude; '12.46T' = the actual July 21 burn itself; '92T' = the cumulative 92.81T sent to that address (13.92% of supply) — except that total is only reached after the 80.35T burn of September 22, six days after the story went up; on September 16 the cumulative stood at 12.46T. A mistaken actor plus a slipped decimal — the same game of telephone as the old 2.22-vs-2.78 ETH confusion, a recurring CAW pattern. Note that dead-address transfers do not reduce the displayed total supply (666.67T). Even so, the fact remains, exactly where it was: a cluster that could dump keeps choosing to burn.
